The girls had a great time and danced well at the Pikes Peak Feis in Monument, CO. Ty did a nice job keeping himself preoccupied. The setting was awesome with the mountains as clear as day. We headed out after and met the Aurora Rubenstein's at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. We could have spent the whole day feeding giraffes. One took a bit out of Gavin's zoo map! After steak and beer for Father's Day, the kids quickly got caught up and spent the evening playing baseball, basketball and eating s'mores!

So many gorgeous pics! The T. Rubensteins look great- I wish we were there too. So, our big news is that Ava lost her tooth! (With Granny's help) she was so excited! Love to you all, miss you, Lisa
ReplyDeleteLooks like you guys are having fun!!! We miss you in the Burgh. Spinning and Group Power are just not the same. Usually, so that we can all contemplate the meaning of not having you in class, your bike is empty. :) Enjoy your adventure! Cheryl
ReplyDeleteOf course the first picture is of Ella showing her best stink face!!! This is the first time I'm seeing the girls in their dancing getup. Amazing. How do they dance with all of that hair? I thought it was a Lion King performance! Man does Libby look like her mommy. Especially when she's sporting the big hair from your senior class pictures. Hahaha. Glad you guys are having fun. Certainly jealous of the experience. You can give us pointers for our roadtrip...circa 2025. Looks like you'll be hitting the big park in Utah/Arizona/Wyoming soon. Have fun! Our European vacation is coming to an end. Fly on Friday. Can't wait to be home. Sorry we'll miss you in the Burgh. Glad that Paulie is feeling better. Ty makes a great travel gnome. Love you guys. See you when you return. Uncle D, Aunt L, and Little B
ReplyDeleteSafe travels Dan....we'll see you in August!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos!! Love the girls dancing shots and Ella even looks pretty with her stink face Uncle Dan! ;) All of the photos are great! I'm so jealous you saw JT and RedRock!! That is awesome! Can't wait to hear about your future states! Glad all is well and you are thoroughly enjoying your adventure! :)
ReplyDeleteOh and the giraffe photo .. and the girls smelling them shots are awesome too! :) Love you all! Aunt Amy :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the great photos! I almost feel as if I were there with you! (Almost!)
